Hours & Access

What are the gym hours?

Members have 24/7/365 access to the facility. Staffed hours are Mon–Fri 10am–5pm and Saturday 8am–4pm. Walk-ins and consultations are welcome during staffed hours.

How does 24/7 access work?

Upon joining, members receive secure keycard or fob access to enter the facility at any time — day or night, every day of the year including holidays.

Can I bring guests?

Contact us during staffed hours to discuss guest options. Day passes ($19) and week passes ($57) are available for those who want to try the gym.

Memberships & Pricing

What does membership cost?

Month-to-month is $99/month ($75/month for military, first responders, and educators). Annual plans start at $890/year (or $720 for qualifying professionals). Student plans start at $60/month. Day passes are $19.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes — all memberships include a one-time $69 annual security and maintenance fee that covers equipment upkeep, amenities, and 24-hour access infrastructure. Student plans pay $29/year. Monthly members are also prorated from their signup date to month end.

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

All freezes and cancellations must be authorized and completed in person, per your membership agreement. Schedule an appointment during staffed hours to process your request.

Who qualifies for the military/first responder discount?

Active duty military, veterans, first responders, and educators qualify for our discounted rates. Verification required at signup.

Do you offer family plans?

Yes — the family plan covers 3–4 household members for $140/month, including 24/7 access, a free InBody scan, and cold plunge therapy.

Equipment & Facility

What equipment is available?

We use Arsenal Strength equipment (manufactured in the USA), Rogue and Wright barbells, and accessories from leading domestic manufacturers. It's premium gear built to last.

Is there cold plunge therapy available?

Yes — cold plunge therapy is included with every membership at no additional charge. Available 24/7.

What is the InBody 570 Scanner?

The InBody 570 is a professional body composition analyzer that measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, hydration, and more. Every membership includes at least one free scan, with additional scans available.

Do you have a personal development library?

Yes — Awaken Inside maintains a personal development book library available to members. Because growth doesn't stop at the weight rack.

Personal Training & Services

Do I need a membership to get personal training?

No. Personal training clients can work with our trainers without a gym membership — you can direct your budget toward training and add a membership later.

What does the personal training package include?

$299/month gets you 12 training sessions per month with a certified trainer, bi-weekly InBody scans, personalized nutrition coaching, and unlimited 24/7 gym access.

Is massage therapy available?

Yes — Crystal Pugh, LMT is our on-site licensed massage therapist. She's available by appointment via Calendly and can be reached on Instagram @crystal_clear_recovery_.

Community

What community programs do you offer?

We run a weekly Ruck Club (Saturdays at 0800), weekly Bible Study (Thursdays at 6pm), community events throughout Hampton Roads, and a weekly newsletter for The Tribe.

Do I need a membership for Ruck Club or Bible Study?

No — both are open to everyone. No membership required. Just show up.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

Email us at youmustawakeninside@gmail.com with the subject "Newsletter Signup" or ask during your visit. The newsletter covers gym news, events, training tips, and community updates.
